EU GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY REGULATION 2023/988 (GPSR)

From 13 December 2024 the above Regulation applies within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA).

There are consequences for a small business such as ours and as a result we will no longer, from that date, be able to accept orders from customers in the EU, the EEA (where this regulation has been adopted).

It is with regret that we have had to take this decision and, should this position change, we will update our policy accordingly.

If we cannot use the standard postal service from the UK, because of either the size or the weight of your package (it must be less than 2kg including packaging, or roughly 1.75kg of product), we may send you a request to pay a supplementary charge.
