EU GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY REGULATION 2023/988 (GPSR)
From 13 December 2024 the above Regulation applies within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) and Northern Ireland (NI).
There are consequences for a small business such as ours and as a result we will no longer, from that date, be able to accept orders from customers in the EU, the EEA (where this regulation has been adopted) and our customers in Northern Ireland.
It is with regret that we have had to take this decision and, should this position change, we will update our policy accordingly.
