Our working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and occasionally at other times which we will notify in advance on the website and by Facebook.
If we have the goods in stock, we post all orders within two of our working days (Monday to Friday) and the vast majority of orders the same day or the next working day after the order is received. We normally use first class post. If your order is urgent then please telephone or email us and we will do our best to send it urgently. Occasionally we take a holiday and we will always give you advance warning by a notice on the website and by Facebook.
Normally we charge a fixed amount for post and packing. The amount is shown on the website left panel and may change from time to time. If we cannot use the standard postal service from the UK, because of either the size or the weight of your package (it must be less than 2kg including packaging, or roughly 1.75kg of product), we may send you a request to pay a supplementary charge.
VAT is included in all our website prices. If you are outside the EU we do not charge you VAT, but you pay the same price for our products because postal charges are higher.
The new EU data protection regulations (GDPR) came into force in May 2018 and this prompted us to review our processes and to assure you, our customers, that we are compliant.
When you buy from us you give us your name, address, email address and (optionally) telephone number. We need to keep this data to fulfil the contract, ie the exchange of goods for payment. We do not use your data for any other purpose. When the contract is complete, ie when we have received payment and you have received the goods, we will delete your address and telephone data from our records.
